General

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Products & Customization

  • Many of our items are custom made and engraved specifically for you. Please ensure that all personalization details (text, dates, images, etc.) are accurate before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for errors in personalization provided by the customer.

  • Product photos are for reference. Colors, materials, or engraving depth may vary slightly due to natural variations and screen displays.

Orders & Payment

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and payment options supported by Shopify.

  • Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

Shipping

  • Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you would like insured shipping, please select that option at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because many of our products are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

  • If an item arrives damaged or with an engraving error caused by us, we will replace or refund your order. Please see our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, product images, and content on this website are the property of LY Custom Engraving and may not be copied, resold, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
